Job description

In innovative projects, you will play a key role by actively supporting our customers in implementing and further developing the ITOM module within the ServiceNow environment. For this, we are looking for employees with relevant experience in the administration of IT infrastructures and the associated processes.

Your responsibilities as a consultant in the ITOM environment include:

• Recording, analysis and evaluation of the current infrastructure and ITOM processes.
• Responsible and independent execution of projects and sub-projects
• Conducting training courses and workshops
• Conducting customer meetings and presentations in German and English.
• Conceptualization of the future ITOM solution
• Support in project implementation as a professional and/or technical consultant
• Guidance and coaching of project staff
• Support with sales tasks

• Successfully completed and relevant studies or equivalent training with qualified experience
• Experience in the field of infrastructure and application management
• basic understanding of IT infrastructure administration and monitoring
• Understanding IT as a service organization
• Experience with ITIL / ESM / ITSM (desirable)
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM (desirable)
• Experience with monitoring solutions (desirable)
• Knowledge of ITOM concepts and processes (desirable)
• JavaScript knowledge (desirable)
• Certification as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (desirable)
• Fluent German skills and very good written and spoken English skills
