• Integrate Systems - Seamlessly connect ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs to optimize functionality.
• Ensure Documentation & Best Practices - Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of developments, integrations, and processes while following best practices.
• Collaborate & Innovate - Engage in agile ceremonies, contribute ideas, and uphold development standards to enhance platform efficiency.
• Maintain & Upgrade - Stay ahead of ServiceNow's evolving features, perform platform upgrades, and ensure smooth operation.
• Support & Troubleshoot - Provide ongoing assistance, diagnose issues, resolve bugs, and ensure a seamless experience for end users.
