Job summary

teamative seeks a Senior Consultant ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB to bridge IT operations with AI-driven advances. You will design scalable CMDB architectures, enable end-to-end visibility with Discovery and Service Mapping, and apply AIOps to reduce alert chaos. Remote work from Germany with occasional on-site meetings in Stuttgart or client sites.

You will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, lead workshops, and shape roadmaps for transformational IT operations across international projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of ServiceNow ITOM experience (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of CSDM and service-oriented architecture design.
• Experience with IRE, Patterns, and integrations (Service Graph Connectors).
• Certifications such as CIS Discovery or CIS Event Management are a plus.

To further expand our expert team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB (m/f/d) who can bridge the gap between traditional IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the new era of AI-driven operations.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany. Occasional team meetings in Stuttgart and customer engagements are planned.

You evaluate new features such as Generative AI within the ServiceNow ecosystem (e.g., Now Assist for ITOM) and demonstrate how they can deliver real business value.

Acting as a Trusted Advisor

You lead workshops, advise decision-makers, and develop roadmaps for organizations ranging from mid-sized companies to large enterprises.

Your profile

• Several years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB)
• Strong knowledge of CSDM and service-oriented architecture design
• Experience with IRE, Patterns, and integrations (e.g., Service Graph Connectors)
• Ideally, certifications such as CIS Discovery or CIS Event Management
• Initial experience with AIOps or Generative AI (not required, but a strong advantage)
• Ability to work effectively with both enterprise stakeholders and pragmatic mid-sized business environments (SMEs)
