Infosys BPM is seeking a well-organized professional in Frankfurt for a 6 months contract. The role focuses on end-user support, incident resolution, and software deployment across EUC environments. German and English language proficiency is required along with willingness to travel to client locations up to 4 hours daily.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a customer-facing helpdesk or desktop support role, and will manage IT assets, coordinate with teams, and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in helping end users and resolving incidents within SLA.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software deployment.
• Professional fluency in German and English (C1).

General Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Good to have.
• Willingness to Travel – Up to 4 hours daily to client locations.
• Language Proficiency – Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Experience – Prior experience in a customer‑facing end‑user support role (e.g., Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist).

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with EUC (End‑User Computing) environments.
• Experience with software and operating system installations and support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products and competing solutions.
• Problem‑Solving Skills – Ability to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and manage changes within defined SLA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
