Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in IT support or system administration with a strong hands-on mentality
- Solid experience in 1st and 2nd level support and Windows-based environments
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (user, permissions, core services)
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and backup solutions (ideally Arcserve)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Terminal Server (RDS), networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and IT security fundamentals
- Experience with firewall systems (ideally OPNsense) and Synology storage systems
- Basic experience with PowerShell for administrative tasks
- Service-oriented, structured, and reliable working style
- Very good German and good English skills

Operational IT Support & Helpdesk
- Handling 1st and 2nd level IT support for the IronMaxx Group
- Receiving, processing, and documenting incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
- Direct user support, including:
- Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers and peripherals
- Configuration and support of end-user devices (Windows clients, notebooks)
- General IT workplace support for employees
Workplace & User Management
- Day-to-day administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including:
- User creation, changes, and deactivation
- Permission and group management
- Support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Execution of onboarding and offboarding tasks based on defined processes
- Basic automation and recurring admin tasks using PowerShell
Server, Backup & Infrastructure Operations
- Operational support of the on-premises server environment
- Maintenance of Windows Terminal Server (RDS) environments
- Day-to-day operation of virtual machines (Hyper-V)
- Monitoring and execution of backup and restore processes with Arcserve
- Basic administration of Synology systems (storage, access rights, backups)
- Support in maintaining firewall systems (OPNsense)
- Monitoring system availability, performance, and basic security measures
Telephony & Documentation
- Administration and maintenance of the 3CX telephony system
- Creation and maintenance of technical and user documentation
- Support in testing and rolling out new hardware and software solutions
