Job summary

AUTO1 Group is recruiting for an IT Administration role to provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users at our car production centers. You will onboard new starters, offboard leavers, and manage hardware/software configurations across platforms.

You will document incidents, work with colleagues on Corporate IT infrastructure, and act as the on-site IT contact at production centers (Ketzin/Hemau) to keep teams productive and the IT environment reliable.

Qualifications

• On-site IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Apple devices and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide business‑critical in‑house IT support to end‑users in our car production centers
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
• Act as the on‑site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day‑to‑day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization

Qualifications

• Juniors and mid‑level are welcome to apply
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Being service oriented and a team player
• You are self‑reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and German
