Job summary

AUTO1 Group is seeking an on-site IT Support specialist to ensure seamless end-user IT service at our car production centers in Ketzin and Hemau. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, device configurations, and incident management with a focus on reliability and user productivity.

You will collaborate with Corporate IT to improve infrastructure, support colleagues, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Relocation to Germany is supported along with a modern IT setup.

Qualifications

• Junior and mid-level welcome.
• Experience with Apple devices and Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Being service oriented and a team player.
• Self-reliant and able to work independently with high standards.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users at car production centers.
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers.
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms.
• Document incidents and requests and manage a ticketing system.
• Collaborate on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure.
• Serve as on-site IT contact at production centers (Ketzin/Hemau).
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems and best practices.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at production centers.
• Identify and implement IT process improvements with local teams and Corporate IT.

Your new Role

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers

• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
• Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization

Your Skills
