Job summary

AUTO1 Group is looking for an IT System Administrator for Production to maintain and improve our on-site IT at production centers in Germany. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, support end-user needs, and work with the Corporate IT team to keep systems reliable.

You will be the on-site contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), onboard new starters, offboard leavers, document incidents, and help drive IT process improvements while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows OS.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Being service oriented and a team player.
• Self-reliant and able to work independently.
• Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support at production centers and help maintain day-to-day IT operations.
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers; manage user accounts and access.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Diligently document incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to develop and improve IT infrastructure.

• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms

• Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization
