Job summary

AUTO1 Group is seeking an IT Administrator to provide in-house support for end-users at our production centers in Ketzin and Hemau. You will onboard/offboard users, configure hardware and software, and log incidents in our ticketing system to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Service-oriented mindset and good teamwork.
• Self-reliant with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in production centers.
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers.
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms.
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a ticketing system.
• Collaborate on development of the Corporate IT infrastructure.
• Act as on-site IT contact at production centers (Ketzin/Hemau).
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools and best practices.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at production centers.
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes with local teams and Corporate IT.

Job Description

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
