Job summary

AUTO1 Group is seeking an IT System Administrator Production to support on-site IT operations at our Ketzin/Hemau production centers. You will provide end-user support, hardware setup, and incident handling in a fast-paced environment.

Join a collaborative IT Administration team delivering reliable day-to-day IT services and helping shape our corporate infrastructure with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Proactive service orientation and teamwork in a production IT environment.
• Ability to set up, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to end-users at production centers.
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Document incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on developing the IT infrastructure.

IT System Administrator Production (f/m/x)

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
• Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization
• Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Being service oriented and a team player
• You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and German
