Job summary

AUTO1 Group is seeking an IT System Administrator for production environments in Germany. You will provide in-house IT support at production centers, onboard and offboard staff, and manage equipment and infrastructure across multiple platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Apple devices, Windows OS, and cloud SaaS tools, plus strong English and German communication skills. Collaboration with the Corporate IT team is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Service oriented and a team player.
• Self-reliant and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support at production centers (Ketzin/Hemau).
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at production centers.
• Document incidents and requests and manage a ticketing system.

IT System Administrator Production (f/m/x)

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
• Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization
• Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
