Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a Germany-based, on-site role with a 3-day weekly visit pattern. You will handle first- and second-line support for Windows, Office, Cisco Jabber, and basic networking, ensuring smooth operations for local users.

You will troubleshoot hardware, printers, and peripherals, assist Mac users, coordinate with vendors for AV issues, and maintain clear ticket updates while communicating status to users and management.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.


• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .


• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.

• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
