- You are the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets and prioritize them independently
- You are committed to solving underlying problems
- You forward complex issues to our level 2 experts
- You ensure that problems are resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner
- You maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and issues in our ticket system
- You provide excellent customer service and show empathy in supporting customers
Your profile
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
- You speak English and German at C1 level
- You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
- You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you
- You work with a hands-on mentality
