IT Support Specialist Main Responsibilities

• Provide user support (troubleshooting and problem-solving)
• Set up and configure new computers, mobile devices, and internet equipment
• Monitor IT infrastructure (servers and networks)
• Install hardware and software
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades (OS, applications)
• Remotely or physically assist with computer-related concerns

IT Support Specialist Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in a desktop support technician role or a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT-related applications
• Basic knowledge of network systems
• Familiarity with Windows environments
• Business-level or native proficiency in German
• Strong command of English
