Zusammenfassung

Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow consultant to contribute to multiple implementation projects across Germany. You will design, develop, and advise on solutions within process and platform areas, taking ownership of planning, design, and delivery of (sub-)projects.

Requirements include a degree in business or informatics, ServiceNow/ITSM platform experience, ITIL certification, and willingness to travel about 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or comparable qualification with professional experience in process and platform consulting.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management; ITIL certification is preferred.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional certifications (ITSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM) are advantageous.
• Experience in Public Sector and/or Retail is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to consult and present effectively in German and English.
• Willingness to travel (~10%).

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to exciting and challenging ServiceNow implementation projects for our customers
• Design, develop, and advise on solutions across various process and platform areas
• Take responsibility for the planning, design, and delivery of (sub-)projects
• Review, customize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate within technical project teams to develop innovative solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of our services

What You Bring

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in process and platform consulting
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, ideally with an ITIL certification for the core ITSM area
• Solid experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification; additional implementation certifications are advantageous (preferred: ITSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM)
• Experience within the Public Sector and/or Retail industry is an advantage
• Conceptual knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services
• Knowledge of agile project management and agile software development methodologies (SCRUM)
• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an analytical approach to work
• Ability to consult and present effectively in both German and English
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
