CANCOM SE is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support clients in implementing, developing, and optimizing enterprise service management on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, translating them into tailored ServiceNow solutions, configuring applications, and conducting workshops with stakeholders.

You will work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure scalable, future-proof platform implementations and assist with testing,

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will support our clients in the implementation, further development, and optimization of modern enterprise service management solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

• You will analyze our clients' requirements and translate business requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions
• You will configure and implement ServiceNow applications
• You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and advise our clients on ServiceNow best practices
• You will work closely with solution architects and developers to implement scalable and future-proof platform solutions
• You'll assist with testing, user acceptance testing UAT, training, and go-live activities
• You'll actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methods, templates, and consulting standards
