What you'll do
  • Define and implement quality assurance frameworks for IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with Knauf's global standards and compliance requirements.
  • Lead quality assessments and reviews across project phases to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, reporting findings to senior stakeholders including C‑Level.
  • Collaborate with program and project managers and delivery teams to embed quality checkpoints and continuous improvement practices throughout the lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor quality performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across all IT initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and ambassador on quality topics, proactively identifying trends and driving initiatives that enhance delivery excellence and business customer satisfaction.
Who you are
  • Proven experience in IT project quality assurance or governance roles, ideally within large‑scale transformation programs and international environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex quality data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) or project assurance (e.g., IPMA) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is advantageous.
