Your Mission

• You provide 1st and 2nd Level technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, and user account issues.
• You set up, configure, and install computers, phones, and related equipment.
• You manage and document support tickets using the company’s IT service management (ITSM) system (ServiceNow).
• You maintain and support Windows and Mac systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools.
• In collaboration with remote IT teams, you escalade and resolve complex technical issues.
• You also support user onboarding and offboarding processes, while enforcing IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Your Talents

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
• Experience in all Microsoft 365 services
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Service‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and English
