We are looking for someone to support our team

IT Application Manager (m / f / d)

Full‑time at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks will include

• Administrative application support and user-side application support for medical and business information systems
• Monitoring the assigned medical and business information systems with regard to function, up-to-dateness and compatibility with the overall environment
• Process analysis and process optimization of clinical and business workflows
• Consulting and evaluation of functional requirements and enhancements
• Supporting the procurement process for medical devices and integrating medical devices into the IT landscape
• Project coordination and (partial) project management for the introduction and further development of medical and business information systems

We are looking for

• a completed apprenticeship or degree with a strong IT background or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, ideally in a hospital environment
• Experience in the support of software applications used in the healthcare sector (e.g. HIS, PDMS, PACS) and standard interfaces (HL7, DICOM) advantageous
• Experience in project management advantageous
• Confident handling of current Microsoft client and server operating systems
• the ability to translate clinical issues into IT requirements and IT solution options
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, flexibility, organizational skills and willingness to cooperate
• Careful, independent and structured working style
• Strong service orientation and a confident and competent manner
