Responsibilities
- M&A Projects: Support transactions from initiation to successful close, coordinating all relevant steps.
- Company Valuation & Due Diligence: Conduct valuations and coordinate financial, commercial, and operational reviews for sound decisions.
- Transaction Structuring: Design deals considering tax, legal, and financial aspects.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors, identify attractive acquisition opportunities, and build a network of relevant partners.
- Strategic Development: Initiate new transactions and expand the M&A portfolio in line with biogeen’s strategy.
- Process & Coordination: Ensure professional structures, maintain quality standards, and collaborate closely with leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed study or comparable training; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience: 4–6 years in M&A at investment banks, consulting firms or corporate M&A teams.
- M&A Expertise: Proven skills in due diligence, valuation, and negotiation with measurable successes.
- Analytical & Technical: Strong analytical competence, excellent MS Office skills, structured working style.
- Soft Skills & Communication: Independent, proactive, team‑oriented, high‑level presentation skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in infrastructure investments or biogas & biomethane is advantageous.
