Lufthansa Technik AG bietet dir die Möglichkeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse in einem internationalen Umfeld einzusetzen und zu vertiefen. Du arbeitest an Analysen, Optimierungen und der Gestaltung von Workshops in coordination mit verschiedenen Standorten und Stakeholdern.

Im Rahmen des Praktikums kannst du erste Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sammeln, lernst Lean-Methoden kennen und trägst zur Implementierung eines KPI-Systems sowie digitaler Performance-Dialoge bei.

Formación

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind gefragt.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil.
• MS Office-Kenntnisse werden erwartet.

Responsabilidades

• Mit Fokus auf Geschäftsanalysen und Optimierungen von Prozessen arbeiten.
• Unterstützung im Projektmanagement und PMO von Operational Excellence Initiativen.

Gain practical skills with a focus on working on business analyses and optimizations of our business processes across locations in an international contextSupport in project management and in the organization (PMO) of operational excellence initiativesActive participation in the design of workshops and application of methods and tools (such as Lean)Supporting communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersImplementation of a key performance indicator system and digital performance dialogsYou complete an online test (within 10 days)

Qualifikation:

At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree courseMatriculation for the entire period of the internship (certificate of matriculation and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)Active university/university of applied sciences degree, preferably in a technical or economic fieldYou have a strong analytical mindset and a structured way of workingFirst experience in project management or process management methods is a plusVery good knowledge of German and English as well as a confident handling of MS OfficeFurther information can also be found in our FAQs .
