Lufthansa Technik AG bietet dir ein spannendes Praktikum in Hamburg, das dich in Change-Management, Kommunikation und Branding einführt. Du arbeitest an Initiativen in agilen Projekten, gestaltest kreative Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und betreust Events in einem dynamischen Team.

Du lernst, wie Feedback-prozesse funktionieren, und arbeitest eigenständig an eigenen Arbeitspaketen mit erfahrenen Kollegen zusammen.

Formación

• Du bist mindestens im dritten Semester deines Studiums (BWL/Marketing/PR/Change Management oder vergleichbar).
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert.
• Du interessierst dich für People- und Change-Themen.
• Erste Erfahrungen in Change-Management, Kommunikation oder Branding sind von Vorteil.

Responsabilidades

• Mmitwirkung an Change-Management- und Programm-Marketing-Initiativen in agilen Projekten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen beim Design und der Umsetzung von Initiativen.
• Vorbereitung von Lenkungsausschüssen und Analyse, welche Initiativen wirken und warum.
• Entwicklung kreativer Kommunikationsideen, die Kolleginnen und Kollegen informieren und begeistern.
• Unterstützung bei Events und Best-Practice-Formaten und deren Gestaltung.
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung eigener Arbeitspakete und fortlaufende Begleitung in Meetings, Workshops und Offsites.

• You'll gain practical skills with a focus on shaping change
• You'll work on change management and program marketing initiatives in agile projects
• You'll work with experienced colleagues to design and implement initiatives
• You'll prepare sounding boards and analyze which initiatives work and why
• You'll develop creative communication ideas that inform and engage colleagues
• You'll support events and best-practice formats and help shape them
• You'll be assigned your own work packages, which you'll drive forward independently
• You'll participate in meetings, workshops, events, offsites, etc., and learn methods you'll need in any future job

Qualifikation:

• To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study in business administration, marketing, communication design, media design, public relations, business psychology, change management, or a comparable field at the time of the internship.
• You enjoy communicating confidently in both German and English
• You work in an organized manner and are proficient with MS Office
• You're curious about people and how change is achieved
• Initial experience in change management, communication, or branding
