Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik sucht für Hamburg ein Praktikum im Bereich Luftfahrtwartung mit Fokus auf VIP- und Regierungsflugzeuge. Sie arbeiten an Optimierungsprojekten, bereiten Vorschläge vor und unterstützen bei der Gestaltung sowie Umsetzung strategischer Ziele der Abteilung.

Sie sammeln praktische Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, nehmen an Meetings teil und unterstützen die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten zum Status der Projekte.

Qualifikationen

• EingeschriebeneStudierende während der gesamten Dauer des Praktikums, oder Gap-Year-Variante (Bachelor-Master-Phase)
• Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in Projekten und strategischer Ausrichtung
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Strategie wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung an Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich VIP- und Regierungsluftfahrt
• Sammeln von praktischen Erfahrungen bei der Vorbereitung von Vorschlägen bis zur Lösung täglicher Probleme
• Mitarbeit bei der Neugestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie technischen und organisatorischen Systemen
• Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Methoden zur Planung und Steuerung von Projekten
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Berichten zum Projektstatus
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für die langfristige Ausrichtung der Abteilung
• Begleitung von Workshops und Durchführung von Workshops
• Teilnahme an täglichen Meetings und Workshops
• Luftfahrtwartung im Hangar
• Online-Test innerhalb von 10 Tagen

Aufgaben:

• Seize this opportunity and join us in exciting optimization projects related to the maintenance of VIP and government aircraft.
• Gaining practical skills with a focus on managing VIP and government aircraft, from preparing proposals to solving day-to-day problems
• Actively participating in projects to redesign and optimize processes as well as technical and organizational systems
• Application of project management methods for planning and managing projects
• Preparation of presentations and reports to present the project status
• Support in the development and implementation of strategies for the long-term direction of the department
• Tracking measures aimed at optimizing costs, quality, service, and time
• Assisting with the design, preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops
• Participating in daily meetings and workshops
• Aircraft Maintenance
• Aircraft maintenance in the hangar.
• You take an online test (within 10 days)

Qualifikation:

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor's and master's programs (Gap Year)
• Currently enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Initial experience in the areas of project management, process management, and strategy is desired
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
