Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg sucht einen engagierten Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Bereich Operational Excellence. Sie unterstützen unser Team bei einem großen Transformationsprogramm für Aircraft Components Services, profitieren von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und der Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten.

Sie sammeln praktische Erfahrungen in agilen Projekten, entwickeln Maßnahmen im Team und übernehmen früh Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete.

Qualifications

• Erste Erfahrungen in Produktionsprozessen, Operational Excellence, Lean-Management und Projektmanagement wünschenswert.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
• Analytisches Denken und ein systematisches, konzeptionelles Arbeiten.
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit PowerBI wünschenswert.

Responsibilities

• Unterstuetzung des Teams bei einer operativen Exzellenz-Initiative zur Transformation der Aircraft Components Services.
• Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Vorbereitung von Workshops mit den Fachabteilungen.
• Unterstützung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement.
• Mitwirkung bei der Anwendung von KI, PowerBI und Prozessmining.
• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung eigener Arbeitspakete.
• Teilnahme an Mentoring und Feedbackkultur.

You will support our team in transforming the Aircraft Components Services division as part of a major operational excellence program and can make an immediate contribution. In your daily work, you will benefit from flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely.Gaining practical skills with a focus on agile projects in the Operational Excellence environment to optimize production, logistics and IT processesYou will develop measures as part of a team, proactively contribute ideas and take responsibility for your own work packages at an early stageYou carry out process analyses and prepare workshops with the specialist departmentsYou support project and program management and learn directly from experienced colleaguesYou apply your energy where you can make the greatest contribution with your talents and shape your own topics such as the application of artificial intelligence, PowerBI, process mining and many moreYou actively participate in our feedback culture and continuously develop yourself through direct mentoring supportStudies in at least the 3rd semester in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration, business psychology or similarEnrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
