Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik sucht einen engagierten Praktikanten (m/w/d) für das Aircraft Lifecycle Management. In Hamburg arbeiten Sie an Routinetätigkeiten, kooperieren mit Controlling, Produktion und Vertrieb und begleiten Phase-in/Phase-out-Projekte.

Sie entwickeln Datenmodelle (Power BI) und erstellen Dashboards sowie Management-Berichte. Erwartet werden mindestens drei Semester und gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Hochschul- oder Universitätsstudium, mindestens im dritten Semester.
• Im Anwendungszeitraum eingeschriebene bzw. Gap Year-Veranstaltung möglich.
• Eigeninitiative und offene Kommunikation werden erwartet.
• Interesse am Lebenszyklus-Management von Produkten/Projekten.
• Unternehmerisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten in komplexen Situationen.
• Strategisches Denken ist hilfreich.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenmodellen (z. B. PowerBI) und Auswertungstools wünschenswert.
• Gute Kenntnisse MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Aircraft Lifecycle Manager bei Routinetätigkeiten und Organisation.
• Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams zur Ableitung handlungsrelevanter Empfehlungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Produktion und Vertrieb.
• Unterstützung bei Phase-in/Phase-out-Projekten.
• Erarbeitung von Einblicken in Entwicklung und Erstellung neuer Prozesse.
• Vorbereitung von Management-Reports zu Flugzeugtypen, Datenanalysen und Dashboards.
• Erstellung von Marketing-/Sales-Folien.
• Mitwirken beim Aufbau von Strukturen des Aircraft Lifecycle Management.
• Teilnahme an Meetings und Workshops.

Aufgaben:

Gaining practical skills with a focus on:

• Supporting Aircraft Lifecycle Managers in their routine and organizational tasks
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams to develop strategic recommendations for action
• Close collaboration with Controlling, Production, and Sales
• Supporting phase-in and phase-out projects
• Gaining insights into the development and creation of new processes
• Preparing management reports on aircraft types, data analyses, and visualizations in dashboards
• Creating marketing/sales slides
• Helping to shape aircraft lifecycle management structures
• Participation in: Meetings and workshops

Qualifikation:

• At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
• You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor's and master's programs (Gap Year)
• High degree of initiative and open communication
• Interest in lifecycle management
• Business acumen and analytical understanding in complex situations
• Strategic thinking is helpful
• Experience in developing data models (e.g., PowerBI) and evaluation tools is desirable
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• Good command of German and English
