Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg bietet ein Pflicht-/Gap-Year-Praktikum im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement für Studierende an. Sie arbeiten an Optimierungsprojekten rund um VIP- und Regierungsflugzeuge, unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Vorschlägen bis hin zur Lösung täglicher Aufgaben und beteiligen sich an Workshops und Meetings.

Voraussetzung ist dauerhaft eingeschriebene/r Student/in im 3. Semester oder Gap-Year-Option; Erfahrung in Projektmanagement sowie sichere

Qualifikationen

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment and internship proof required).
• Currently enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, BWL, Business Psychology or related field.
• Initial experience in project management, process management, and strategy is desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung an Optimierungsprojekten für die Wartung von VIP- und Regierungsflugzeugen.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Vorschlägen und der Lösung von Tagesproblemen.
• Mitarbeit bei der Neugestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen.
• Anwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden zur Planung und Steuerung von Projekten.
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Berichten zum Projektstatus.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Abteilungsstrategien.
• Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Kosten-, Qualitäts-, Service- und Zeiteffizienz.
• Mitwirkung bei Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops.
• Teilnahme an täglichen Meetings und Workshops.
• Flugzeugwartung in der Hangar-Umgebung.
• Online-Test innerhalb von 10 Tagen absolvieren.

Qualifikation:
