Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik AG bietet ein Praktikum im Personalbereich in Hamburg. Du unterstützt bei HR-Daten, Datenqualität und der Erarbeitung von Präsentationen. Zudem wirkst du an der Prozessoptimierung mit und nimmst aktiv an Meetings teil.

Am Ende des Praktikums begleitest du die Nachbereitung gemeinsam mit dem Team und sammelst praktische Erfahrungen im Employee Lifecycle. Erwartet wird ein drittes Semester oder Gap Year, MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

Qualifikationen

• Im Studium mindestens im dritten Semester oder Gap Year, Praktikumsnachweis muss beigefügt werden.
• MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich.
• Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind gewünscht.

Qualifikation:
