Mobis Parts Europe N.V. in the Frankfurt area seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch and beyond.

You will conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses and coordinate launches with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the portfolio. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering or Business degree, with 5+ years in product management or related fields, strong stakeholder skills, fluent English, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management, sales, marketing, or a related area.
• Ideally experienced in the automotive industry, particularly in accessories or product-related functions.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, networking, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Analytical and structured approach with customer and market orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch and beyond.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
• Plan, coordinate, and support product launches in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize the product portfolio and assortment strategy.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management and business partners.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, distributors, dealers, and international teams.
• Support the commercialization and marketing by translating technical features into customer benefits.
• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of product-related initiatives.

Your profile
