Job summary

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive accessory sourcing and supplier negotiations across Europe. You will analyze cost drivers and support strategic sourcing to improve value and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering, with strong communication, numerical, and data-analysis skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus in an international

Responsibilities

• Procure accessory sourcing through technical-commercial evaluation for automotive products.
• Support accessory product portfolio control via supplier selection and negotiations.
• Investigate potential suppliers and opportunities in Europe for a competitive bidding environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy purchase prices and negotiate with vendors.
• Report cost savings and monitor cost fluctuations for KPIs.
• Ensure supplier ESG compliance.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Customer-oriented professional with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in supplier negotiations and collaboration with an international supplier base.
• Experience in database management, reporting, and data analysis.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Your tasks

• Procure accessory sourcing through technical-commercial evaluation and investigation of automotive products, developed and customized to fit dedicated vehicle models of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis.
• Support accessory product portfolio control by supplier selection and negotiation with respective suppliers to achieve cost savings by focusing on strategy, price, specification, quality, and reliability of supply.
• Investigate potential suppliers and accessory business opportunities in Europe to ensure a competitive and open bidding environment, considering independence from global threats.
• Deploy purchase prices through close collaboration with internal stakeholders on a daily basis and negotiations with vendors.
• Report cost savings of team KPIs and provide regular updates on cost fluctuations.
• Control supplier compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements.
