Zusammenfassung

MAHLE in Stuttgart is offering an internship from March 2027 for 6 months to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent and leadership development programs, including the Global Career Starter Program.

You will assist with assessment centers planning, collaborate with HR teams worldwide, and help maintain HR processes and governance related to development initiatives. This role includes workshop delivery support and preparing communications for international audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Strong interest in talent development, leadership development, and HR topics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner

Requirements

• Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Strong interest in talent development, leadership development, and human resources topics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
