Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung globaler HS-Standards.
• Analyse von Unfällen, Beinahe-Unfällen und Sicherheitskennzahlen.
• Unterstützung bei Audits, Bewertungen und Management-Reviews.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Kommunikationsmaterialien zu HS-Themen.
• Recherche gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Best Practices und internationaler HS-Trends.
• Mitarbeit an globalen Projekten zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur und Risikominimierung.

Tasks

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of global health and safety standards.
• Collaborating on the analysis of accident, near-miss, and safety metrics.
• Supporting the preparation of audits, assessments, and management reviews.
• Creating presentations, reports, and communication materials on health and safety topics.
• Researching legal requirements, best practices, and international H&S trends.
• Collaborating on global projects to improve safety culture and minimize risk.

Requirements

• Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
• Degree in safety management, engineering, environmental management, occupational science, or a comparable qualification.
• Interest in occupational safety, health protection, and risk management in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and intercultural openness.
