Zusammenfassung

MAHLE is offering a six-month internship in Stuttgart starting mid-January 2027 to support our global learning portfolio. You will contribute to e-learning, classroom training, and social learning initiatives while developing content and supporting HR across functions.

You will work with international teams, bring your knowledge of didactics, and leverage MS Office to create engaging training materials. A 35-hour week and flexible hours are offered with company perks.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in media education, psychology, educational sciences, or a related field.
• Very good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of and strong interest in didactics, learning methodologies, and innovative learning formats.

Requirements

• Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered


• Currently enrolled in a degree program in media education, psychology, educational sciences, or a related field


• Very good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office


• Knowledge of and strong interest in didactics, learning methodologies, and innovative learning formats


• Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working
