MAHLE International (DE) invites you to join its Services HR team in Stuttgart as an internship focused on talent and leadership development. You will support the Global Career Starter Program, assist with assessment centers, and collaborate with HR and business partners worldwide to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a business/HR-related degree, with strong MS Office skills, excellent English, and a proactive, structured work style.

Tasks

• Support the design, continuous improvement, and global delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including our "Global Career Starter Program"
• Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of assessment centers for the selection of participants for the "Global Career Starter Program"
• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure a consistent and high-quality implementation of development programs.
• Support the management and continuous enhancement of global HR processes, standards, and governance frameworks related to talent and leadership development.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, seminars, and development events.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, and analyses for international target audiences

Requirements

Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Strong interest in talent development, leadership development, and human resources topics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
