Your mission
  • As the central point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams, you ensure everything runs smoothly – from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • You process customer inquiries, create quotes, and manage order fulfillment seamlessly.
  • In the CRM system (HubSpot), you keep customer data up-to-date, analyze sales figures, and provide clear and concise reports.
  • Coordination with marketing, consulting, and finance is part of your daily routine – together, you ensure customers receive optimal support.
  • With your attention to detail, you help continuously improve processes within the sales administration department.
  • You also support the organization and follow-up of industry events and trade fairs.

Your profile
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship is the perfect foundation – experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus.
  • CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital tools are practical aids for you, not a hurdle.
  • You work in a structured manner, enjoy organization, and have a good sense of priorities.
  • You are characterized by your enjoyment of interacting with people, your service orientation, and your team spirit.
  • You have very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (C1) – additional languages, such as French or Polish, are welcome.
