YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Intensive cooperation with the International Sales Managers
  • Communication with our global sales partners
  • Preparation and creation of quotations and price calculations
  • Independent processing of projects and international tenders
  • Coordination of internal and customer-related processes with other departments
  • Maintaining customer information in the CRM and ERP systems
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
  • Preparation of contract documents
YOUR MINDSET AND SKILLS:
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification or experience
  • Ideally experience in internal sales, also as a career starter
  • Independent, structured and conscientious way of working, team spirit and flexibility
  • Strong customer orientation in a dynamic, international environment
  • Experienced handling of CRM and merchandise management systems, MS Office
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of German and ideally combined with another foreign language (e.g. French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic)
