KSG GmbH is seeking an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join the sales team in Germany. You will support customers across all interfaces and drive business development from within, working closely with technical, field service, logistics, and production teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining relationships, expanding the customer base, organizing visits and events, and staying informed about competitive activities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred.

We are currently looking for a [position] to join our sales team, starting immediately. Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Job Title:

• Customer support across all KSG interfaces, with an added focus on business development from within
• Close collaboration regarding technical support, field service, logistics, and manufacturing
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships; providing assigned customers with up-to-date sales materials; assessing and researching customer satisfaction and needs
• Research and contact potential customers; if necessary, schedule an appointment for a consultation or visit
• Organize customer visits, trade shows, and other events; coordinate schedules with customers as needed; prepare technical documentation; conduct meetings
• Continuous monitoring of the competitive environment and analysis of competitors' activities
• Maintain, update, analyze, and make available master data in the ERP system
• Identifying and following up with potential customers (trade shows, online, email)

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of completed, field‑specific vocational training or a college degree (bachelor's) or comparable knowledge acquired through other means
• Professional experience in sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasiveness and Ability to Close Deals
• High level of self‑motivation and goal orientation
• Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs
