Job summary

Die KSG GmbH gehört zu den führenden PCB-Herstellern in Europa. Gesucht wird ein Prozessingenieur (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Mechanik und Chemie, der maßgeblich an Gestaltung, Validierung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen beteiligt ist.

Sie dokumentieren Abläufe, beachten gesetzliche Vorgaben, analysieren Abweichungen, arbeiten eng mit Anlagenherstellern und der Instandhaltung zusammen und unterstützen Investitionen sowie Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachbereich (Maschinenbau, Prozesstechnik, Mikrotechnologie o.ä.).
• Gutes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen, Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf, Anpassung und Dokumentation von Herstellprozessen gemäß regulatorischer Vorgaben.
• Berücksichtigung von Kunden- und Unternehmensinteressen bei Prozessentscheidungen.
• Analyse von Prozessabweichungen und Abstimmung mit Anlagenherstellern bzw. Instandhaltung.

To strengthen our Technology division, we are currently seeking one motivated individual for each of the following positions: Process Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on mechanics and a focus on chemistry

Job Title:

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, validating, and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes in the focus area.

• Design, adaptation, and documentation of manufacturing processes in compliance with legal regulations
• Manufacturer requirements, as well as customer and corporate interests
• Optimization of Equipment and Tooling Technology
• Developing targeted measures based on data analysis
• On-site analysis of the causes of deviations from the standard process
• Resolving these issues in collaboration with the equipment manufacturers or the maintenance department
• Active participation in the implementation of new technologies and processes
• Assistance with the preparation of specifications as part of the investment plan
• Assistance with cost-benefit analyses and support during the acceptance testing of processes and systems
• Training and orientation for department managers and production staff when product or process changes occur
• Conducting process presentations for other departments

Your profile:

• A successfully completed college degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemistry, microtechnology, or a comparable field
• A customer- and quality-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office
