KSG GmbH is seeking a Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) for the Mechanics Unit (OPM) in Germany. You will work closely with BTI departments, coordinate planned repairs and maintenance, and perform preventive and condition-based maintenance within the production unit.

You will develop maintenance schedules, serve as the main contacts for complex issues, train staff, and manage stocking levels for wear parts and consumables. A permanent full-time position with attractive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical vocational training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician.
• Extensive knowledge of the manufacturer’s equipment.
• Many years of specialized professional experience in maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Close collaboration between BTI departments and the production unit (OPM).
• Coordinate planned repairs and maintenance with BTI and the maintenance specialist.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in the production unit; escalate for complex damage after consulting with shift supervisors.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for preventive and condition-based maintenance.
• Be the point of contact for operators on complex damage scenarios.
• Train production and maintenance staff on error prevention.
• Determine and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels for wear parts and consumables.
• Schedule appointments with service providers in consultation with unit management; coordinate on-site work by contractors.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) for our Mechanics Unit (OPM).

Job Title:

• Close collaboration between the BTI departments and the relevant production unit (OPM)
• Coordination between BTI and the maintenance specialist regarding planned repairs and maintenance work
• Perform maintenance and repairs in the production unit; in cases of extensive, difficult, or complex damage, carry out these tasks after consulting with shift supervisors
• Development of maintenance schedules and procedures for preventive and condition-based maintenance and repair
• Point of contact for operators dealing with specific, complex, and difficult damage scenarios
• Training production and maintenance staff on various types of errors and how to prevent them
• Determining and Adjusting Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels for Wear Parts and Consumables
• Scheduling appointments with service providers in consultation with unit management and maintenance management; coordinating on-site work by outside contractors

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of technical vocational training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician, or comparable knowledge acquired through other means
• extensive knowledge of the manufacturers' equipment
• Many years of specialized professional experience in maintenance
• Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills
