Jobtailor in Nordrhein-Westfalen sucht eine kontaktstarke Vertriebsmitarbeiterin bzw. einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Inside Sales. Sie akquirieren telefonisch neue Kunden, bauen die Bestandskundenbasis aus und arbeiten eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen, um Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.

Sie identifizieren Kontakte, analysieren den Bedarf, nutzen Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und sichern follow-up Orders. Erwartet wird hohe Zielorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und MS Office-Kenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Branchenkenntnisse im direkten Vertrieb und Telefonverkauf.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Aktiver Telefonverkauf von Neu- und Bestandskunden.
• Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbasis zur Wachstumsunterstützung.

• Proaktives Win-Back von Kunden und Folgeaufträge.

• Active telephone acquisition of new and existing customers
• Expansion and maintenance of our customer base to support our growth strategy
