To support our operations and recruitment activities in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Inhouse Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our headquarters in Nieder-Olm.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics, operations, and corporate positions across Germany.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate further interview stages.
• Recruit for various positions within logistics, including warehouse operations, transportation, last-mile delivery, network planning, and operational management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate applicant tracking records, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Collaborate with local and international HR teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce industry.
• Good understanding of logistics operations, relevant job profiles, and the challenges of recruiting in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
• Strong active sourcing skills and confidence in approaching candidates directly.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Confidence working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
