Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine/n IS Technician, der/die Fehler in automatisierten Logistiksystemen diagnostiziert und behebt. Sie unterstützen die Inbetriebnahme und Systemabnahme und arbeiten eng mit dem Industrial Systems Lead sowie TGW zusammen, um Lösungen zu finden und das Systemwissen auszubauen.

Sie entwickeln ein tiefes Verständnis für Materialfluss, Steuerungen und Anlagenlogik und dokumentieren Learnings, um interne Troubleshooting-Standards mitzugestalten.

Qualifications

• Zwingende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1) und Englischgrundlagen (A2).
• Ausbildung: Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung mit automatisierten Systemen in Lagern oder Logistik von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Fehlersuche in automatisierten Systemen, von der Steuerung bis zu Schnittstellen.
• Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme, Test und Abnahme des Systems.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Industrial Systems Lead und TGW bei Fehlersanalyse und -lösung.
• Aufbau fundierter Systemkenntnisse: Materialfluss, Steuerungen, Anlagenlogik.
• Dokumentation von Fehlern, Schwachstellen und Learnings.
• Mitgestaltung interner Troubleshooting-Standards von Grund auf.

Profil

• Training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent technical qualification
• Experience with automated systems in logistics – but if you're the type who picks things up quickly, that matters more
• A basic understanding of control systems (PLC, sensors, actuators)
• Interest in complex technical systems and structured fault diagnosis
• Language skills: C1 German and A2 English (minimum)
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
• A willingness to challenge «how things have always been done» and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions.
