Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Ramp-up and Integration Lead to link engineering, project management, and operations. You will troubleshoot, track risks, and keep ramp-up on schedule, coordinating commissioning and testing activities and resolving issues quickly.

The role requires a technical degree or Master Craftsman certification, strong automation knowledge, and fluent English and German. Expect close collaboration with TGW, Engineering and Operations and a flexible, results-driven

Qualifications

• Master Craftsman certificate or technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency in English at C1 and German at C1 level is required.
• Strong ability to coordinate between engineering, project management and operations and manage multiple technical parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track commissioning and testing phases.
• Coordinate all technical activities between TGW, Engineering, and Operations.
• Track defects, open items, and risks with prioritization.
• Ensure rapid problem resolution through structured escalation.
• Maintain transparency on technical risks, progress, and system status.
• Align with the Industrial Systems Lead and Maintenance Setup.

Profil

• A technical degree or qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience with a Master Craftsman certification
• Strong knowledge in automation and controls, with hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly build and share a deep understanding of complex technical systems
• Language skills: C1 English and C1 German
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple technical parties under time pressure
• Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance testing environments in automated facilities
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
