Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine/n Wartungsmanager/in zur Aufbau der Wartungsstruktur für unser neues automatisiertes Logistikzentrum in Neuenburg am Rhein. Von CMMS über Ersatzteilstrategie bis hin zu schichtbereiten Operationen gestalten Sie das Fundament.

Sie verfügen über einen starken technischen Hintergrund in Mechatronik/ Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau, sprechen Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau und bringen CMMS-Erfahrung mit.

Qualifications

• Technischer Hintergrund in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils auf C1-Niveau.
• Praxis in CMMS-Systemen und strukturierter Wartungsplanung.

Responsibilities

• Aufbau der Wartungsstrategie von Grund auf (Präventiv, Korrektiv, Zustandsbasierend).
• Gestaltung und Implementierung von Wartungsprozessen, Standards und KPI-Logik.
• Einrichtung und Strukturierung des CMMS inkl. Wartungslogik und Workflows.
• Definition und Rollout der Ersatzteilstrategie.
• Bereitstellung der technischen Organisation für Schichtbetrieb.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations – kein isolierter Betrieb.

Profil

• A solid technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• You're fluent in both English and German (C1 level each)
• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and structured maintenance planningAbility to build structures in dynamic ramp-up environments
• The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
