Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

  • Induct, develop and assign revisions for drop-in work including the creation documentation using the SAP program.
  • Assist scheduler with ordering parts and updating Schedule 2000.
  • Monitor and create POs request in SAP.
  • Run labor reports for assigned crew.
  • Monitor WIP reports and coordinate actions with management.
  • Facilitate issues between the service center and iMRO team.
  • Complete iMRO requirements for TDY transfer of support staff.
  • Handle routine paperwork and complete forms as per policy.
  • Update Schedule 2+ system daily for revisions.
  • Support CSM with invoice creation.

Position Responsibilities
  • Induct, develop and assign revisions for drop-in work including the creation documentation using the current SAP program.
  • Assist scheduler with Order parts, update Schedule 2000 with revision data, Lawson and SAP along with local vendors.
  • Monitor, receive and/or create POs request in SAP.
  • Run labor reports (ZC_LABOR) for assigned crew at the beginning and end of each shift to quickly resolve any clocking issues.
  • Monitor WIP (work in progress) reports, display the skills and ability to bring the revision to a debit memo request (DMR) for reviewing and posting by the General Manager or delegated representative. Coordinate action with CSM & General Manager to help achieve the monthly sales objectives.
  • Help facilitate any issues that may arise between the service center and iMRO team when needed. This will include the ability to run and interpret reports using Electronic Data (EDW) to
  • Determine where improvements need to be made with respect to current metrics.
  • Complete iMRO requirements for TDY transfer of support staff between Service Centers.
