Jobtailor seeks a Lead, Healthcare Onboarding to drive clinic onboarding to the Adoreal platform, serving as liaison between Adoreal and clinic stakeholders.

You will organize data migration, configure EMR/CRM systems, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical and technical staff. Travel up to 50% on the West Coast, ensure compliance, and develop training materials while supporting post-go-live adoption.

• Train and onboard clinic staff on new systems

Requirements

• Candidates should live within an hour to a major airport on the West Coast
• Candidates must be located in one of these U.S. states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Washington
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects
• Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance
• Experience training clinical and administrative staff on new systems
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, especially in data handling and access control
• Current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying
• Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout the West Coast of the US
• No visa sponsorship available
