Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an implementation consultant to deliver on-site and remote CRM/EMR deployments in Europe, working with clinic teams and multiple stakeholders. You will map processes, configure systems, and support training to drive adoption across multi-site healthcare environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in delivery, fluency in English and Finnish, and willingness to travel to clinics in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM environments.
• Experience with CRM and/or EMR systems and familiarity with data migration and system integration.
• Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows and multi-site environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Finnish; additional European language (Swedish or Estonian) preferred.
• Background in roll-ups or M&A environments; willingness to travel to clinics across Finland, Sweden, and Estonia.
• Degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare, or Education preferred.

• Demonstrate the digital suite, analyze processes, identify system gaps, and document configuration requirements.
• Configure systems, support user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and ensure go-live readiness.
• Support user training delivery, contribute to user guides, and facilitate adoption.
• Coordinate legacy data migration and validation with the central data team.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and ongoing operational support.

• Coordinate legacy data migration and validation with the central data team

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM environments
• Practical experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, VRepro, Filemaker)
• Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows
• Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Finnish
• Additional European language preferred: Swedish or Estonian
• Degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare, or Education preferred
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments preferred
• Background in roll-ups or M&A environments preferred
