Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading products or major product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
• Practical experience with EHR integrations, healthcare systems, or healthcare interoperability.
• Familiarity with APIs, application integrations, and data exchange between enterprise systems.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, healthcare data, or technology used by healthcare organizations.
• Experience working directly with software engineering and UX teams.
• Strong requirements definition, prioritization, and product documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
• Confidence facilitating discussions with clients, executives, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions with incomplete information, and adapt as client priorities evolve.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS products, clinical or patient data, enterprise healthcare organizations, or professional services is especially valuable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related Microsoft technologies is beneficial but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside and perform work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Define product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and release plans based on client objectives and user needs.

• Serve as a knowledgeable client partner for technical and non-technical audiences.
