Jobtailor is seeking a driven Customer Implementation Manager to lead healthcare IT implementations from kickoff to rollout. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data acquisition, solution design, and configuration meet scope and timelines.

You will monitor go-lives, measure performance, and drive adoption by engaging practice leadership and staff, while traveling up to 35-50% nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience in healthcare implementation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills applied in prior roles.
• Experience with general software implementation processes.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and/or CSS.

• Exceptional communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35-50% nationwide; US work authorization noted in posting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35-50% nationwide
