Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced implementation leader to own end-to-end onboarding for healthcare clients, configuring the maxRTE platform, and guiding data exchanges including SFTP and real-time integrations. You will lead testing, UAT, and strategic discussions with executives and IT stakeholders, translating complex requirements into concrete configurations.

• Own the client onboarding lifecycle for new and expansion clients
• Set up, configure, and maintain client instances within the maxRTE platform
• Apply custom rules, filters, and coverage mappings
• Guide and validate file transmission and data exchange, including SFTP, batch processing, real-time integrations, and API connection workflows
• Lead end-to-end testing, placement file runs, return report analyses, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Lead implementation discussions with RCM executives, health system operations leaders, and IT stakeholders
• Translate complex clinical and billing requirements into software configurations
• Refine implementation frameworks and establish technical onboarding best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success
• Build, manage, and coach a team of implementation and support professionals

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience leading complex, highly technical software onboardings and implementations in a client‑facing role
• Experience managing implementation specialists
• Strong technical aptitude with deep experience in data transmission methods and system integrations
• Comfort navigating complex technical configurations and troubleshooting data pipelines
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and undefined processes
• Ability to take full accountability for technical execution and project management without dedicated project management or technical support
• Exceptional skill in auditing client placement files, return data, and platform configurations
• Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Focus on 30–90 day implementation timelines and positive ROI within 30 days of contract execution
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background preferred but not required
• Success managing large-scale implementations within complex healthcare environments or EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner preferred but not required
