Description

Your Role

As an Implementation Services Engineer (f/m/d) you will take full ownership of technically complex customer implementation projects within our data centers. You will lead the planning execution and final commissioning of installations ensuring that all work meets technical operational and quality standards. Acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers during project delivery you will resolve technical issues oversee testing and provide final approvals upon project completion.

You will ensure all documentation and system updates are completed in line with company policies and coordinate the seamless handover of completed projects to internal stakeholders particularly the Site Management. This role you will also evaluate and optimize project milestones provide feedback for future improvements and support the training and development of colleagues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the operational success of our high-performance data centers.

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship paired with minimum 5 years of experience or degree in a technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering); a master craftsman qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an electrotechnical environment experience in a data center operations or in an implementation engineering role is an advantage
• Proven experience with large-scale electrical systems and customer installations
• Skilled in subcontractor coordination customer interaction and project documentation
• Proficient in project management methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive customer-focused mindset
• Detail-oriented self-managed and capable of working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
